Jeff "Harvey" As TNA World Champion....AGAIN!!!

Post by Infinite Hounger » Oct 14th, '12, 21:55

I'm sorry but this is just me ranting. I don't like Jeff Hardy, and I haven't liked him since he lost the WWE Title to Edge almost 3 years ago. He isn't entertaining enough to be the main focus of ANY wrestling/entertainment promotion, period. He can't talk, he's as bad in the ring as John Cena, and TNA for some stupid reason still feel the need to see if they can make money off of him being popular 3 years ago when CM Punk kicked his ass out of the WWE (storyline wise). All I'm saying is put the title back on the Greatest Man That Ever Lived, A-Double, and keep Jeff Hardy in the gutter where he belongs.

it saddens me that TNA goes to this lengths to keep Hardy happy and re-sign him (as rumors have mentioned). He is a good product to have in your company, but this will be taken as a slap in the face to all the fans that were giving TNA a second chance since Destination X.

BTW, welcome to the forum!

Exactly. It is just a return to the old TNA mindset of "put the big babyface over for the world title at BFG and have it lose it soon afterwards." I had hoped that the Hogan-Bischoff Era would do away with that, but apparently they are back to it.

oh don't get me wrong, i don't have a problem with Hardy anymore, nor with him being a champ, his match at bfg was really good. i just hate the fact that there's no well thought storyline here, they changed everything just so TNA could keep hardy happy and he wouldn't go back to wwe. i really hate it when i learned that kayfabe gets affected by backstage politics

Except that WWE would never put the belt on Cena just to woo him.

Well... yes. You are supposed to put the belt on someone to woo the fans.

Del Rio being one dementional (in the fact that he only attacks the arm for the cross arm breaker), plus his English not being all that well is what's holding him back a litle with the fans, even though I'm a big ADR fan.
