does winning the World Heavyweight Title from Cena at TLC count as another world title win for Orton, or simply coutns as his current reign?

No idea. I would assume it gives him another title win, as that is what normally happens when two belts are unified, but you rarely see two belts unified into a third, new belt.

I think it will depend on whether or not they keep the lineage. But, I'd assume he'll be listed as the last World Heavyweight Champion, since he defeated Cena...

WWE already added the WHC to the defunct titles list, so that title is officially out, and they're just renaming the WWE title
