The 5/13 Ring of Honor-New Japan Pro Wrestling event at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA is listed as sold out on the Arena's website. If that is indeed the case, that means the show sold out with no talents or matches announced, on a Wednesday evening, which is beyond impressive.

Re: ROH Return To Philly Reportedly Sold Out
They've been doing REALLY well this year.
Dayton had a great number.
Atlanta sold out.
Vegas sold out.
SCOH has sold out.
This show has sold out.
I'll expect the tow Toronto shows with New Japan to sell out, too, as well as San Antonio with Del Rio (although that is a smaller building).

I'd hope so, but I fear that the attendance at Terminal 5 this time around will actually be lower because 1) the venue was terrible and everyone hated it, and 2) it's on a Friday night, not a Sunday night,cero2k wrote:i wonder if they'll consider larger places towards the end of the year, god knows that come Final Battle they could sell out a larger place than terminal 5Big Red Machine wrote:They've been doing REALLY well this year.

I would like to see them try larger buildings in places like San Antonio, Milwaukee, and Cincy, where they have been drawling very well since they started coming. With Atlanta, they should probably try running at least one show there without AJ on it just to make sure that the 1250 wasn't AJ-induced rather than ROH-induced.
