BACKSTAGE SEGMENT WITH WILLIAM REGAL & HOLY SH*T IS THAT WHAT ALEX RILEY LOOKS LIKE NOW?- Good.
Riley wants a match with Owens. Regal say he can be a wrestler or a commentator, but not both because there is so much work that goes into preparing for both that it’s impossible to do both or else you’ll get your ass kicked like Cesaro did to Regal.

TYLER BREEZE vs. ADAM ROSE (w/the Rosebuds)- 3/10
Adam Rose looks SOOOOO thrilled to be back to NXT where he is actually over.

ENZO, COLIN, & CARMELLA PROMO- good.

ALEXA BLISS PROMO- she’s going after Sasha (and, presumably the NXT Women’s Title). BRM approves.

ANGELO DAWKINS & SAWYER FULTON vs. WESLEY BLAKE & BUDDY MURPHY- 2.25/10
Blake and Murphy are like El Generico. They’re generic. I have no idea why they put the belts on them.

VARIOUS NON-ALEXA BLISS WOMEN BACKSTAGE- GREAT segment. Either Emma or Bayley will be turning heel. We’ll just need to wait and see which one.

RHYNO VIDEO PACKAGE- AWESOME!

BARON CORBIN vs. TONY BRIGGS- squash.
The announcers are trying to push on us that Baron Corbin has “presence” which “is something that cannot be taught.” He has no such thing.

KEVIN OWENS BULLIES ALEX RILEY BY DUMPING HIS WATER ON HIS HEAD- why is Owens doing this? This doesn’t fit in with his established motivations at all.

SAMI ZAYN PRE-TAPED PROMO- great!

PARKER, REGAL, & RILEY BACKSTAGE- good.

BULL DEMPSEY vs. SOLOMON CROWE- 2/10
Boring
Also, why is the Solomon Crowe hacking effect happening on all of the graphics now?

NXT WOMEN’S TITLE MATCH: Sasha Banks(c) vs. Charlotte- 7.5/10
Sasha worked over Charlotte’s back. The match was great. Charlotte hit a spear which the crowd responded to by chanting “BETTER THAN REIGNS!” Not as catchy as “better than Batista.” Sasha won, but had her feet on the ropes for more leverage, which means we’ll get another match between these two… and I’m perfectly fine with that.

A pretty boring episode of NXT aside from Sami's promo the Women’s Division stuff, which was all great. ALEXA BLISS FOR WOMEN’S CHAMP!
