Troy Rivers, a security guard who worked a WWE live event in 2013 in Savannah, GA and his wife filed a lawsuit in Chatham County Court in Georgia, alleging he was injured by a steel chair while he was performing his duties as a guard, watching the crowd with his back to the ring, and now suffers debilitating injuries.

Since Rivers' attorney has not reviewed a video of the event, they have listed every performer on the card as a defendant including John Cena, Seth Rollins, Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Kane, Stardust, Cesaro, Fandango, Ryback and Damian Mizdow, among others, all of whom were listed under their real names.

Rivers believes that he was likely struck by Ambrose, but isn't 100% sure as he had his back to the ring.

The lawsuit alleges Rivers is suffering "serious, significant and permanent personal injuries, mental anguish, diminishment of his earning capacity and a loss of enjoyment of life" thanks to WWE's negligence.

Rivers' wife is suing as she has lost "conjugal fellowship" due to the injuries. That means exactly what you think that means.

WWE issued a statement to Courthouse News, which first reported the story, noting, they have no record of "any such incident and the security company that hired the plaintiff doesn't have any record of this matter either. Furthermore, the plaintiff's attorney has admitted he has no basis to sue the individual defendants named in the lawsuit."

Yeah... just this fact right here screams "lawsuit happy moron" to me. And if there's no video to view, there won't be any evidence to find WWE guilty.
