DARIO VISITS BLACK LOTUS IN HIS DUNGEON- He tells her that Dragon Azteca is the one who killed her parents. I don’t think she bought it, but I’m not sure.

FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH: Cage vs. The Mack- 8/10
CRAZY weapons match with tons of HUGE spots and an awesome finish. Obviously they had the advantage of being able to use weapons (and some that were gimmicked to the point that I’d really have to call them “props”), but this was still one of the best eight minute matches you’ll ever see. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that Stone Cold Stunner spot. It just felt very un-Lucha Underground.

TORNADO RULES MATCH FOR THE LUCHA UNDERGROUND TRIOS TITLES: Son of Havok, Ivelisse, & Angelico(c) vs. The Disciples of Death (w/Catrina)- 5.25/10
Short, but good for the time it got and I really liked the finish.

BELIEVERS’ BACKLASH MATCH: Hernandez vs. Drago- 5/10
I didn’t like the gimmick at all. I kept feeling bad for Hernandez because the fans were all ganging up on him and Drago’s nunchuk use felt extremely random. Also, did we really need a weapon finish for the third straight match?

DRAGON AZTECA SHOWS UP AT THE DOOR TO THE TEMPLE, HAS A KUNG-FU FIGHT WITH A DUDE IN A HOODIE, THEN THEY TALK ABOUT A PROPHECY- crazy stuff. Apparently Prince Puma is also working with Dragon Azteca. Dragon Azteca goes into the temple to rescue Black Lotus despite the fact that the prophecy says he will die. Next week will be EPIC.

A great start to Ultima Lucha. I would definitely have switched around the order of the last two matches, though.

I also didn't like the believe's backlash that much, I also felt sorry for Hernandez, I think that Hernandez should have taken out some fans
