Jimmy Snuka Hearing Postponed

There was scheduled to be a preliminary hearing this Monday morning 9/21 at 9:30 AM in the Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka case in Allentown, PA. That hearing has been postponed as motion was filed by The Lehigh County District Attorney's Office requesting that filing a "Bill of Information" without a preliminary hearing be approved by the court.

There is no word when a new hearing will be set.

Snuka was arrested on 9/1 on charges of third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the May 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino in Allentown, PA.
