– The update on Michael Elgin is he was unable to reach an agreement with Ring of Honor on an exclusive deal when his existing deal expired on Saturday. Elgin will continue wrestling for ROH, such as next weekend’s “Survival of the Fittest” shows, but he will also take other bookings. Elgin is currently involved with the NWA in the NWA World Hvt. Title hunt.

the return of the unbreakable fucking machines!
i wonder if he's trying to get signed by NJPW, because realistically, who else would want Elgin?

Most other indies would want him, simply for name value, never mind great matches.cero2k wrote:

yeah, obviously, i'm just guessing ROH must have low balled him if he had to hope that small indies would use him instead of an exclusive contract with ROHBig Red Machine wrote:Most other indies would want him, simply for name value, never mind great matches.cero2k wrote:

Re: Michael Elgin ROH Update
One idea I have heard is that with their contracts, ROH has been prioritizing guys who WWE might be interested in, and Elgin doesn't seem like their type. Also, with Elgin's big dream being to wrestle in Japan, he seems like less of a risk to sign with WWE than a guy like ACH.cero2k wrote:yeah, obviously, i'm just guessing ROH must have low balled him if he had to hope that small indies would use him instead of an exclusive contract with ROHBig Red Machine wrote:Most other indies would want him, simply for name value, never mind great matches.cero2k wrote:
