Tammy Sytch Pleas Guilty, Will Be Sentenced in DUI Cases

Tammy "Sunny" Sytch has plead guilty to a number of the DUI-related charges against her in the State of Pennsylvania as part of a plea deal and will be sentenced on 1/29 at 9 AM at Carbon County Court.

Sytch plead guilty to charges of driving under the influence in regard to her 5/30/15 arrest in Mahoning Township after she was pulled over after driving erratically into a Wal-Mart parking lot.

Sytch also plead guilty to charges of DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), BAC .02 or Greater Second Offense in regard to her arrests on 6/1/15. On 6/1, State Troopers pulled Sytch over for a vehicle code violation at 9:35 AM. Sytch was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to the state police barracks for a breathalyzer test.

Sytch is also pleading guilty to DUI in regard to her arrest on 6/20/15. 6/20, Sytch was arrested after she crashed her car.
