Vince McMahon reportedly wanted to debut the “Bulletproof Balor Club” stable with WWE NXT Champion Finn Balor, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson at this past Monday’s RAW in Chicago but Triple H has argued against debuting the group before WrestleMania 32.

Triple H wants Balor to remain in NXT until after WrestleMania so he can drop the title, perhaps to Samoa Joe at “Takeover: Dallas” that weekend. Vince isn’t really worried about the NXT title picture and sees the group debuting as a way to freshen things up, pop the ratings, create a buzz and make money from merchandise.

It’s said that this issue has shed new light on the clash of styles and ideas that still exists between Vince and Triple H, especially when it comes to the importance of NXT and what the brand means to the company.

So... couldn't you accomplish all of these things by debuting them at any point during the year?

Bringing them in and giving them a massive angle with time to build towards Summerslam and beyond seems like the smarter thing to me, rather than rushing them into the Wrestlemania scene.

In fact, if you bring them in right after Mania, you can have a plan in place for exactly what you want them to be doing by next year's Mania and make their first WrestleMania feel REALLY big.

I don't know at this stage who you use as good opponents for next years Wrestlemania, but that would be the smart thing to do. WWE won't plan that year ahead.

But at this stage you bring them in after Wrestlemania, you build them towards Summerslam where you set them up to absolutely steal the show (shouldn't be too difficult) then that is then your platform to springboard then to the Rumble. Find a way to use them at the Rumble that has them all as strong together AND independently and that gives you them being over and looking strong for next Wrestlemania season.

I think it's a no-brainer to bring them in the night after Wrestlemania. It's typically a highly viewed show, always one of the hottest crowds of the year, and a good cure for that Wrestlemania Hangover between here and the build to Summerslam...

Off/On Topic here, but, I haven't been around in a while. After The Sheild broke up, management was not only open to, but assumed, there'd be a reunion down the road... that's something fun to think about for Summerslam...

It would make sense with the rumored Rollins babyface turn because Hunter really wants to work with Rollins. Maybe they save it for Royal Rumble next year to set up Rollins vs. Hunter and next year's Mania (and as an excuse to keep Den and Seth out of the Rumble so people don't turn on the show when they get eliminated).

To spice up that Wrestlemania match, they could use it as a torch passing and call it a "retirement" match for Triple H. Completing his transition to full time authority rather than part time wrestler.
Have A Nice Day!
