US Title match gets moved to the WrestleMania pre-show, Latest on Andre The Giant Battle Royal participants

– It was mentioned on last night’s WWE RAW that Ryback vs. WWE United States Champion Kalisto will now take place on the WrestleMania 32 Kickoff Pre-show but there is no mention of the change on WWE’s website or social media. If the change is true, and we will keep you updated, then that would mean two pre-show matches per hour. The Usos vs. The Dudley Boyz, the 5-on-5 Divas match and the third annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal are all confirmed for the pre-show.

– Speaking of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, WWE still only has The Social Outcasts, Kane, Big Show and Tyler Breeze confirmed but based on the RAW angle last night, it looks like other participants include Damien Sandow, Goldust, R-Truth, Darren Young, Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, Fandango, Konnor and Viktor. That would leave 4 open spots in the 20-man match.

– As a reminder, John Cena will be back co-hosting NBC’s “Today” show at 9am EST later this morning. Cena will also be on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon at 11:30pm EST later tonight. Other WWE TV appearances today for WrestleMania 32 week include Stephanie McMahon on ESPN at 10:30am EST and WWE World Heavyweight Champion on ESPN with Jonathan Coachman at 9pm EST.

So there are four matches on the pre-show now and only six on the main show? And the main show is scheduled to be four hours long? Look... I like long matches as much as the next guy, but New Day vs. League of Nations doesn't need more than fifteen at the absolute most. And if you've got to stick something on the pre-show, I'd rather it have not been the US Title match or Usos vs. Dudleys.

Steph can manage Hunter, Snoop Dogg doesn't need to do a concert, and we don't need to do anything for the cancer patients (maybe one short video how how philanthropic WWE is so that those of us at home can take a piss break or refill our nacho plates). Austin and HBK don't need to be involved in anything that goes particularly long, and the HOF segment shouldn't go more than a few minutes, either.
How about if we focus WrestleMania on the actual wrestling instead of The Rock wacking off publicly in the ring?
