WWE held a meeting with Superstars and Divas in Dallas before WrestleMania 32 Week kicked off and one of the topics discussed had to do with the WrestleMania 32 Kickoff pre-show.

WWE made it clear that any Superstar or Diva working the pre-show was still a part of WrestleMania as they did not want anyone to feel left out.

It was said that just because talents are on the pre-show, that doesn’t mean they’re not a part of WrestleMania. It was also said the company doesn’t look at this as a regular pay-per-view, it’s seen as one big event from the second they go on the air until the second they go off the air, it’s all WrestleMania.

Probably not! They'll get a big pay day still, but nowhere near Main Card proportions.

If anyone will be getting a massive payday at all. The PPV is only on the Network, and overlaps a free month for new subscribers... Its basically free. The revenue they'll generate won't be small at all from everything else, but there won't be the same revenue from PPV purchases...

My thoughts exactly.

I'm sure they'll make a ton of money on the live gate, though.

Not forgetting that most European countries still have to pay £20 (about $30) to watch Wrestlemania, so there'll be a percentage from that. It's a whole weekend event now. With the Hall of Fame Ceremony, the Axxess weekend and Wrestlemania itself PLUS the ridiculous amount of merchandise and meet and greets... none of them will have trouble putting food on the table.
Have A Nice Day!

Not directly I'm sure, but they let the public in, which equals an overall Wrestlemania weekend gate.

presenters surely do, but i'm guessing the others are just 'expected to be there' like out of office exercises

It's like actors attending awards ceremonies, they're not paid, but there's probably a fun goody bag worth a few dollars.
Have A Nice Day!
