King of Trios Finals Spoilers

Team Sendai Girls beat Team JWP in the finals. Because why use the biggest show of your year to put over your own talent when their are outsiders to put over for no reason? It's just like last year, except that people actually gave a sh*t about Bullet Club and the AAA/LU guys. This year they just put over a bunch of Joshis who aren't going to be back often enough to get any use of out this (you'd think they'd have learned that lesson from putting the YLC on Tadasuke), and they did it a good three years after the Joshi craze in the US ended.

I guess Quack doesn't learn that Joshis don't sell in the US, pushing them was the main reason why they almost had to shut down before.

With the AAA guys it made more sense because the Lucha guys were hot as hell thanks to LU and in return AAA promoted Chikara for a while, they booked them as 'King of Trios' on several shows. So storyline wise it doesn't help, but at least there was a payoff and it's not the first time a random team from Mexico wins
