But... Rich Swann just pinned him, while Kalisto hasn't even been on TV in months!

It's cuz of the agreement where Zayn gets a shot at the IC Title and in return the only guy under 205 on Smackdown gets a Cruiserweight Title shot. Swann will get his title shot afterwardsBig Red Machine wrote:But... Rich Swann just pinned him, while Kalisto hasn't even been on TV in months!

my take, Kalisto wins as they're taping 205 Live after Smackdown every Tuesday.

So do you think that means Zayn is beating Ziggler, too?cero2k wrote:my take, Kalisto wins as they're taping 205 Live after Smackdown every Tuesday.

Re: Spoilers: Cruiserweight title match set for WWE Survivor Series
To me both matches come across as throw-away matches. I'm sure they'll be entertaining while they're on my TV, but I don't think most people think they will switch either title (and you almost know what the result of the second will be once you know the result of the first.Bulletclubfan2014 wrote:It's cuz of the agreement where Zayn gets a shot at the IC Title and in return the only guy under 205 on Smackdown gets a Cruiserweight Title shot. Re: Spoilers: Cruiserweight title match set for WWE Survivor Series
well, wasn't there something that if Miz lost a match, Dragon would trade Zayn for him or something? I don't think RAW will take both US and IC, I just think they'll send the cruiserweights to Smackdown and finally make Smackdown (technically) a 3 hr showBig Red Machine wrote:So do you think that means Zayn is beating Ziggler, too?cero2k wrote:my take, Kalisto wins as they're taping 205 Live after Smackdown every Tuesday.
edit: now that i think about it. I like the idea of no midcard title in Smackdown. Gives more importance to one single title, more space for tag teams, cruiserweight have their own show, and womans. I hope Zayn does win the title and stays in RAW.

Re: Spoilers: Cruiserweight title match set for WWE Survivor Series
This sounded good to me at first but the truth is that since Cesaro and Sheamus got shifted to the tag division and Neville became a cruiserweight, the entirety of Raw's midcard right now is Sami Zayn and Rusev. Smackdown has Miz, Dolph, Kane, Crews, and Corbin (and maybe Kalisto) (and I guess Swagger)cero2k wrote:well, wasn't there something that if Miz lost a match, Dragon would trade Zayn for him or something? I think the big mistake was trying to run two full divisions of tag teams. If they hadn't done that they would have Sheamus, Cesaro, Ryder, and Rhyno to add to the mix (plus Henry and Big Show whenever they're on the road) and you could have a solid midcard on each show. Instead we've got two tag division that feel completely worn out already (and I'd say the same for the women as well. I mean... I guess we haven't seen Nia vs. anyone but Bayley and we haven't seen Alexa vs. Nikki, but that's not much). It would have been much better to do a traveling champion for the men, use the mid-card singles titles as upper mid-card/low main event titles, stick the women on one show, the tag teams on another and stick the cruiserweights on Raw (for time purposes).
Personally I would have preferred a traveling champion for all division, but I think the tag division and definitely the women's division are too small to split up without running through your feuds way too fast.

Yeah, they should have just had all champions on both shows at all times.
