Maybe I wasn't clear, if you're taking Smackdown off of USA, why waste your ratings pop on the old network instead of the new.

To build the rating for the first week on Fox because people will then know that Brock will be there.

Also, while SD is leaving USA, Raw isn't, so there is no reason to treat USA like they're day-old garbage.
