Re: Jeff Jarrett At ROH Offices Today
My guess is that this is to try to get ROH to use their TV to hype up the Tokyo Dome show so that it gets some hype on US TV, and that part of this will not only involve the ROH Title being defended at the Dome, but also reDRagon winning the Super Jr. Tag Team Tournament and winding up with a title shot at the Dome.

Re: Jeff Jarrett At ROH Offices Today
Meltzer made two interesting observations on this whole thing on last night's Observer Radio:
1. ROH contracts do not let ROH talent appear on competing PPVs. Appearing on a New Japan PPV is okay because of ROH and NJPW's deal, but the PPV will be sold as a GFW PPV in the US, and GFW is a competing promotion, so this would need to be smoothed over (which is the reason that so far nothing has been officially announced about GFW carrying the Tokyo Dome show- because they don't have a deal with one of New Japan's two most important partners [and my own observation is that GFW also has a deal with AAA, not CMLL who is New Japan's other major partner, so that could be something that needs to be smoothed over as well]
2. ROH has no shows scheduled between Final Battle 2014 PPV on Dec. 7th (which everyone should prder both for the great wrestling and also to play everyone's favorite gameshow: Try to Spot BRM Sitting Somewhere in the Balcony) and late January. That would give them almost a whole month during which they could promote the Dome Show on US TV. (and my own observation here is that doing those damn "Road Rage" shows right after the PPV always pissed me off as a fan who would buy the PPVs).
