OPENING WOMENS SEGMENT- good.
This Sasha Banks face turn is the most ill-advised turn in the NXT women’s division since… well… the last time they turned someone, which resulted in Alexa Bliss going heel. STOP TURNING PEOPLE!
That “little Miss Piggy” line was great! There’s just something about Dana’s cheeks. They’re TOO pink. And her hair is just the right color.

DANA BROOKE & EMMA vs. SASHA BANKS & CHARLOTTE- 4.5/10
Good for what it was, but I thought that Charlotte beating Emma would have been a more productive finish.

BAYLEY PROMO- GREAT, except that that there was much background noise so it was very hard to hear her. When did this broken hand occur, though? Surely with all of the damn squashes and segment’s they’ve been doing over the past few weeks they could have made an on-air segment out of this.

OWENS-BALOR REPLAY- sure. Why not?

OWENS SHOVES A CAMERA- good.

DEVIN TAYLOR INTERVIEWS CHAD GABLE- Gable is getting kind of annoying. This was pretty well done, though. I think these guys could be a fun babyface pairing with an almost Steen-Generico-like dynamic of the little overly-nice annoying guy and the really mean guy.

MARCUS LOUIS vs. SOLOMON CROWE- 2.5/10
Yeah… it’s been OVER NINE MONTHS and they haven’t done anything with Louis since he lost his hair.

VAUDEVILLANS PROMO- Simon Gotch is talking?!

PEOPLE CONGRATULATE BALOR- Cesaro and Neville, and Cena. Balor also cut a great promo.

#1 CONTENDERSHIP MATCH: Colin Cassady & Enzo Amore (w/Carmella) vs. The Vaudevillans- 5/10
I almost saw something out of the Vaudevillans. They’re pretty good when they’re not bring goofy.

Not a good episode of NXT, but this was the first show since the last Takeover special that felt eventful, so that’s a step in the right direction.
