MLW reported on Twitter this week that WWE fired longtime employee and Executive Vice President of Content Lisa Fox Lee, who had been with WWE since 1995.
She was promoted to that title back in January and reported to Vince McMahon. She was responsible for overseeing the strategic development and distribution of WWE programming across all platforms and also oversaw WWE’s creative writing team with all TV creative still running through Vince and Triple H. Before being promoted to that position, she was WWE’s Senior Vice President, Network Programming. She has also held roles in Television Production, Programming, Business Strategy and Sponsorship Sales.
