There have reportedly been recent disagreements between Triple H and Vince McMahon over how the company is using Brock Lesnar.
Vince feels Lesnar should be main eventing WrestleMania 32 because of all the money they are paying him, but there’s a lot of concern that the No Holds Barred Street Fight against Dean Ambrose isn’t big enough to main event.
Triple H apparently wants his WWE World Heavyweight Title defense against Roman Reigns to headline but there’s speculation that Vince may be losing faith in Reigns.
Some believe the logical main event would be Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker inside Hell In a Cell but that would depend on how they decide to end that match. The feeling is that either Hell In a Cell or the WWE World Title match will close the show.
This was not meant to take away from Ambrose but Vince really wanted more star power to go against Lesnar and has been really disappointed that they couldn’t get The Rock to wrestle.

They haven't decided how to end Shane vs Taker!?

I know, right?!XIV wrote:They haven't decided how to end Shane vs Taker!?
In some cases- like an undercard match where both guys have multiple directions they could go in afterwards depending on whether they win or lose, I could see booking the match and the angle but waiting until closer to Mania to pick a winner. But in the case of a WrestleMania main event with CONTROL OF THE COMPANY ON THE LINE, you should know who is going to win before it ever makes it to TV.

You cannot book this on the fly! Your next few months or years TV is directly affected by this match. If Shane is coming back to TV as an authority, you have to write that in, if not you have a Steph/Vince gloat factor. It's too big not to already be decided.Big Red Machine wrote:I know, right?!XIV wrote:They haven't decided how to end Shane vs Taker!?

I'm with you, I get undercard matches not being always decided because they might see a spark here or there that they might want to ignite, but this, jeez.
Have A Nice Day!

I'm with you on the finishes not being worked out yet, but I find it equally concerning that they don't have the SHOW planned out yet! I'm normally one to come down in Triple H for forcing himself into the spotlight, but I'll side with him here. The Champ should go last.

Meltzer has been saying for a while that this was the one year that Vince actually did have the top six matches planned out by early fall but every got screwed up by all of the injuries.Bob-O wrote:...and, if you listen close enough, you can still hear the muffled thuds of CM Punk banging his head against the wall...Big Red Machine wrote:Source: WrestleChat
