AAA Officially Announces the 2016 Lucha Libre World Cup

-- AAA has announced the second edition of the Lucha Libre World Cup. The trios tournament will have the first round eliminations on June 3rd in Puebla, followed by the Finals on June 5th in Mexico City. Promotions involved include AAA, Pro Wrestling NOAH, TNA, Lucha Underground, OZ Academy, and more. No participants have been announced so far.

Last Year's Cup saw Team Mexico (Alberto El Patron, Rey Mysterio, and Myztezyz) win.
