Despite missing a show on Saturday because of a possible shoulder injury, Will Ospreay returned on Sunday for PROGRESS Wrestling at The Electric Ballroom in London.

Ospreay faced Mark Haskins on the show in a match to determine the number one contender for the PROGRESS Wrestling Championship. According to a report, Ospreay's shoulder was strapped up heavily.

There was concern about Ospeay’s health after he had to pull out of a show on Saturday for NORTH Wrestling, but Ospreay’s quick return for PROGRESS would seem to indicate that the potential injury won't cause him to miss other big matches in the future.

The 23-year-old Ospreay has battled several injuries despite being only a few years into his career. He has recently dealt with a knee injury, and Dave Meltzer wrote that in just his short career Ospreay has suffered "two slipped discs, seven concussions, a dodgy shoulder that is prone to separation, two fractured heels, and sciatica which leads to numbness in his foot."

Ospreay had posted the following on his Facebook page on Friday:

“To anybody attending North Wrestling I have the unfortunate news that I will not be able to attend due to injury.

Nothing to North Wrestling at all I took a nasty knock to my shoulder during the WCPW shows and I'm hoping it's not bad but I'm booking a appointment with my doctors & pysiotherapist to see what the damage is.”
