Despite Raw's ratings on Monday being down, SmackDown was up for the fourth straight week, averaging 2.34 million viewers for Tuesday night's show.

The episode finished sixth for the night in total viewers on cable and fell from its usual number one spot in the 18-49 demo due to three separate shows celebrating Shark Week taking the top spots.

For the sixth straight week and the eighth in the last 10, SmackDown was down in the year-over-year ratings. It did manage to retain 84 percent of the Raw audience from the previous night.

Miz & Mrs., which was heavily promoted during SmackDown, debuted at 10 p.m. Eastern and averaged 1.473 million viewers, finishing just behind SmackDown at number five in the important 18-49 demo. As a comparison, Total Divas, which has now run for 100 episodes, debuted five years ago this week to an audience of 1.34 million on the E! Network.

The spinoff to that show, Total Bellas, did just 630,000 viewers for its 2016 debut and has only gotten as high as 750,000 during its three-season run. Whether or not the audience can hold up is the big question, but Miz & Mrs. would appear to be a ratings success so far.
