Consider as the most iconic and legendary tag team in wrestling history, Animal and Hawk were and will forever be the only Road Warriors, but who was the better man??

I can't say. I never looked at them individually because individually they both kinda suck to be honest. They can tell a story and beat the hell out of you for sure, but in single's competition they aren't anything special. It's when they're together that magic happened.
