So, my first time watching NXT since the day of the most horrible injustice in WWE history, November 23rd, 2010.

OPENING VIDEO PACKAGE- great.

BO DALLAS VIDEO PACKAGE- good. Bo takes a page out of Rhett Titus’ playbook with the goofy rhyming self-description.

BO DALLAS vs. RICK VICTOR- 3.5/10
One guys gets a video package, the other doesn’t. I wonder how this match will turn out?

BO DALLIS PROMO- good

SETH ROLLINS VIDEO PACKAGE- decent

DAMIEN SANDOW PROMO- decent. I thought Sandow interacting with the “WHAT?” chants would have been great, but he mostly ignored them.

ASCENSION VIDEO PACKAGE- okay

THE ASCENSION vs. MIKE DALTON & CJ PARKER- good squash, but I feel the need to comment on the way Mike Dalton has been (mis)handled this year. Four months ago, he won the Florida Heavyweight Title, and, despite the tainted finish, I was literally jumping for joy. Four months later, I don’t give a rat’s ass about him.

BRAY WYATT VIDEO PACKAGE- pretty good

JOHNNY CURTIS & DEREK BATEMAN SEGMENT- like Punk and Cabana in 2002, except that no one cares.
TYSON KIDD vs. MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY- 7.25/10
Great main event.

Overall, a very good first show for the new NXT.
