BNXL is NOT excited about Survivor Series....

Honestly, when the teams were first announced for Survivor Series, I didn't think it was perfect, but I did LIKE the teams. The changes they made to the originally scheduled match have just spiraled into a pit of un-purchasable messiness.

We started with:
Team Punk (Punk, Miz, Sandow, Rhodes, and Del Rio)

and Team Foley (Ryback. Kane, Bryan, Kofi, and Orton)

This was good looking AND made sense. It also left the door open for a PPV showdown between John Cena (with AJ in his corner) and Dolph Ziggler (with Vickie in his corner). Foley and Punk have beef, so them being the team captains works (esp since Ryback isn't a talker) bc the two have a problem with one another.

Now, VKM comes in, changes the Suvivor series match; removing the Main Event quality of the match by removing Ryback and Punk from it and making Ziggler the captain of the team opposite Foley. Already this ruins the draw; why would ppl pay to see Team Foley v. Team Ziggler? What history do they have? Why are we spose to care?

If that's not enough, they add Miz to team FOLEY? :ymsick: Why? Why in the hell is THIS happening?

And finally, on SD!, they decide to add tension to Ziggler's team (for no good reason), there by making this traditional SS match a total friggin mess. The only teammates involved who want to get along are Rhodes, Sandow, and (I'm guessing) Barrett?

In two weeks, WWE took this match from overwhelmingly intriguing, to embarrassingly frustrating. I don't know what to expect, and NOT in the good way. I don't trust this match to be any good.

I completely agree with you, i has OK with the first teams, now i may just tune in to watch the main event.

btw, just to break your heart even more, Rhodes got injured during Main Event and guess who's the replacement likely gonna be..

I think keeping Zena and Ziggler away from each other for now makes sense. The issue so far has mainly been between AJ & Vickie. This lets them build more hate between Cena and Ziggler specifically before going into the PPV match.

I don't think this angle needs more time; this one can go straight into a ppv match. Cena fights for AJ's honor (as well as his own) and Dolph fights for Vickie's. The ladies are the center of the feud, but ppl don't want to see a match between the two of them. Add the stipulation that if Cena wins, AJ gets 5mins alone with Vickie. There needs to be matches and action going on; not just weekly "reveals" and blah blah....

Weekly reveals are fine, so long is there is actually a reveal. This angle hasn't had any reveals. It is just the same thing every way.

that's true. I feel like they're promoting "NEW" dirt on the situation, but all they do is show the same crap. It's a total waste of time. That's why I think they need to keep some aspect of it going IN THE RING. As I said, no one wants to see Vickie in a match, so have Zig and Cena go at it; that's an intriguing match up.

I'd prefer THIS card over the current one:
